1. How do I register?

To sign up  at Gcrafts for free!  Just follow the instructions for new users on the sign-in page, all you need to start with is an email address.

Note: The email address you enter will be the only email we can use to send you important information about your orders.

3. I forgot my password. What do I do?

Fill in your email below to request a new password. An email will be sent to the address below containing a link to verify your email address. When you click on that link your email address will be verified and you will then be emailed a new password.  You might need to wait for a while till the email arrive your address.

4. If I leave the site and come back, will my shopping cart be remembered?

Yes, As long as you have not logged off of your internet connection in the meantime, our shopping cart will remember everything you have placed into it.  And the items will keep in your shopping cart even you logout, you can find them when you login again.

5. I can't login my account  or  have problem in logging in?

Please follow these instructions:
Check your login details. Your login username is your email address used for registration.  It might be a problem caused by our system maintenance - Please wait 30 mins and try again.
Ensure that cookies from are accepted in your browser (Internet Explorer or others).
If nothing works please leave us a message or email us, our customer service will help you solve it out.

TIP: If you're not sure if the problem is with us or you, please test logging in with a different computer to try logging in, or try different browsers.

If you made a mistake when you registered and you can't login your account. The quickest way is to sign up again for a new account.

6. Do I have to buy an item once it is in my shopping cart?

No, Items in your shopping cart can be removed at any time before you completing the checkout process by first clicking the view cart icon at the top of your screen, and then clicking the "remove" button below the quantity of the item you wish to remove.

7. How do I buy the items in my shopping cart?

Simply click on the checkout icon at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

  • Step1. Billing details , to use existing address just click the button, you also can use a new billing address.
  • Step2. Check the shipping address
  • Step3. Choose shipping method and click the button . If in case the shipping cost is zero, please contact with us, we also will check and contact with you.
  • Step4. Order confirmation and choose the payment method, put your comments in the column if you have special requirements about your order. Then click the button click , your order will be placed.
  • Step5. Pay for the order.

8. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, all major credit cards (processed through PayPal) and Bank Transfer, Western Union as below.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship orders to anywhere the customer wants.

10. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We need 15-20 days to produce the goods, depending on your order size and factory's production status.
Please keep in mind that the times listed behind each shipping method are for the package to arrive to your country, and depending on where you live it may take some extra time to get to you.

These fees have nothing to do with us, and we're always happy to comply with any special instructions you might have to help you avoid them (note these in the comments box of the order form). 

11. Will I have to pay customs?

Gcrafts does not add any hidden charges or sales taxes.  However the buyer is responsible for any import duties applicable in their own country.  Normally any taxes levied are charged on delivery by the courier. We are not able to quote tax rates or offer formal tax rates advise.

Depending on where you live, the size of your order, and so on, you may have to pay some extra customs fees at your local custom. These fees have nothing to do with us, and we're always happy to comply with any special instructions you might have to help you avoid them (note these in the comments box of the order form).

12. Does Gcrafts has MOQ?

Gcrafts has no minimum order requirement, but each item has minimum quantity for production. Please inquire with us about your specific needs for smaller quantities than those listed. Smaller quantity might result in a bit higher price. Ask us for a quote.

13. Does your company send free samples?

Sorry we couldn't send free samples. You are welcome to place a trial order to test the quality of our products. We will try our best to offer you. But we had to state that some products we might not able to offer samples due to no inventory, you can email us what kind of samples you want, so that we can check for you.

14. What should I do if the goods arrive damaged?

If your order has been damaged when you receive it, try to take a photograph of the package and express your refusal to accept it. In this case, please contact our customer service as promptly as possible within 5 days.

15. Do you offer customized making?

Yes. You are welcome to send our customer service an email to give the detail of your special requirements.  We also can help you source other products in China. Just let us know what you want and detail requirement, we will try our best to help you.

16. If I want wholesale, can your company give me a discount?

Our price is wholesale price, we can offer some discount upon your order amount. If you need more information about our specific discount policy, please contact our customer service by email.

17. How to deal if i can't find the items in our website?

If you don't see it in our catalog, simply email us a .jpg or photo link of what you want and advise us detail specification and quantity. We will confirm the availability for you ASAP.

18. What is your guarantee policy?

Our Unconditional Return and Replace Policy means that if you are not satisfied with any item you receive you can simply mail it back to us with the packing, invoice and so on within 2 weeks upon reception. We will make replacement or full refund (excluding the freight charge). Please email us once you receive the goods with un-satisfy, we will respond you immediately.
